San Francisco is run by a mayor named London Breed. She says it is unfair and unjust to enforce immigration law. In San Francisco, city employees can be punished for reporting you to ICE, even if you commit a crime.
NEW YORK CITY
New York City is run by a mayor named Eric Adams. He won't cooperate with ICE, no matter how many migrants come. He even said he'd build a tent city in Central Park! Central Park is beautiful and famous. You've seen it in movies. People pay $10 million for a view of central park. If you're undocumented you can live in Central Park for free!
CHICAGO
Some cities punish migrants who are members of gangs, like MS-13. Chicago's mayor, Brandon Johnson, campaigned on a promise to end the use of gang databases that hurt black and brown communities. If you're a member of MS-13 and worried about being arrested, you should go to Chicago.
